Empowered Women, Empower

Welcome to our Sisterhood

Welcome to WAE

Founded in 2004, the Women’s Academy of Excellence (WAE) is a single-gender, public school that blends community warmth with academic rigor. Rooted in our core values of LEADS — Leadership, Empowerment, Academic Excellence, Dedication, and Sisterhood — we empower young women to lead with purpose and confidence. At WAE, students cultivate curiosity, creativity, and voice as they grow into lifelong learners and leaders who uplift their communities and the world.
TAGLINE: “Empowering young women to lead with purpose through Leadership, Empowerment, Academic Excellence, Dedication, and Sisterhood.”
